The infomation below is to be acknowledged both icly and oocly


1) When entering this store, you acknowledge that at any point if you misbehave, become disrespectful to staff or other customers, or perform inappropriate activities. We will immediately remove you from the premises

2) There will be a ruling system. The system will follow a number of warnings, increasing the punishment as time progresses:
First Waring = Verbal Warning
Second Warning = Verbal Warning
Third Warning = Removal from store
Processing to cause unnecessary issues = Temporary/Permanent Blacklist from the shop

3) If an employee asks you to leave, please do so without causing a commotion, We wish to keep all customers happy while visiting Hanakotoba.

4) If you have any issues or questions our employees cannot answer, please request to speak to the owner regarding your issue(s).


🌺Employee Rules🌺

1) All employees must follow the listed rules. If these rules are broken in any way the employee will be confronted and served with either a warning or other types of punishment.

2) Employees must come prepared and ready to work, we will open almost immediately after all our workers are here and settled.

3) Employees must show up to work and show that they have earned the title of working at Hanakotaba. The shop should keep at least somewhat of a good reputation throughout Karakura.

4) Workers must come dressed in uniform, they should be already dressed once entering the shop though if need be they will be allowed to change in the backroom

5) Don't be (too) disrespectful to customers. As previously stated we would like to keep a clean and friendly reputation around town. We don't want unwanted glares and negative rumors going around.

6) If there is something you are uncertain of, please confront the manager on duty or the owner. We will be happy to come to assist you with whatever you are having issues with.

7) If there is a problem with a customer that you're unable to handle, please seek help from the manager on duty or owner. In worse-case scenarios, ask the security on duty to escort the individual out of the shop.

8) Don't disrespect anyone, that should be a given.
